About Your New Role
- This is a 2- month temporary position (Until September 2024)
- You will be the first point of contact to visitors to the office. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner.
- Your role will involve phone and email communication, directing people's queries to the relevant department.
- Scheduling meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared and equipped as needed.
- You will assist company partners with various administrative tasks
- Ensure Reception is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the professional services industry
- Knowledge of administration and clerical procedures.
- Knowledge of MS Office package.
- Ability to work off own initiative
- Display a positive and professional approach to clients.
