About Your New Role 

  • This is a 2- month temporary position (Until September 2024) 
  • You will be the first point of contact to visitors to the office. You will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner. 
  • Your role will involve phone and email communication, directing people's queries to the relevant department. 
  • Scheduling meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared and equipped as needed. 
  • You will assist company partners with various administrative tasks
  • Ensure Reception is kept clean and tidy at all times. 
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required. 

What Skills You Need

  • Previous experience in a Receptionist role, preferably in the professional services industry 
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical procedures. 
  • Knowledge of MS Office package.
  • Ability to work off own initiative 
  • Display a positive and professional approach to clients.
