Role: Receptionist / Front of House Administrator
A leading law firm is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join their Front of House team. This will play a key role in maintaining high standards of client service and professionalism with internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Brand Ambassador and first point of contact for visitors
- Provide professional and personable client-facing service
- Maintain pristine Boardrooms and Reception areas
- Liaise with Corporate Hospitality and cleaning staff
- Answer the telephone and manage the switchboard
- Handle administrative duties in a busy reception area
- Oversee meeting room bookings
- Support ad-hoc hospitality events and projects
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience as a Corporate Receptionist is essential
- Confidence in dealing with clients and executives
- Experience in a busy front-of-house reception area
- Ability to work efficiently and remain calm under pressure
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills
