What you will do:

  • Update Directors on contract and commercial matters regularly
  • Develop cost-efficient strategies for revenue growth and cost reduction
  • Coordinate among teams (engineering, legal, finance) for collaboration
  • Set and monitor financial targets and metrics for project performance
  • Provide insights for efficient procurement in construction projects
  • Manage contracts for seamless project transitions
  • Maintain and update risk registers and trackers for evaluation
  • Assist in project initiation with cost-effective strategies
  • Advise on contracts and client interactions from a cost perspective
  • Strategize and manage claims based on contract specifications
  • Maintain expertise in project and subcontract conditions for cost analysis
  • Oversee subcontract contracts and negotiations efficiently
  • Draft, review, and support project documentation with cost focus

What you will need:

  • A relevant 3rd level qualification 8+ years Irish experience in a similar role
  • A full, clean driver’s license
  • EU Work Permit ESSENTIAL
  • Must be living in Ireland
