What you will do:
- Update Directors on contract and commercial matters regularly
- Develop cost-efficient strategies for revenue growth and cost reduction
- Coordinate among teams (engineering, legal, finance) for collaboration
- Set and monitor financial targets and metrics for project performance
- Provide insights for efficient procurement in construction projects
- Manage contracts for seamless project transitions
- Maintain and update risk registers and trackers for evaluation
- Assist in project initiation with cost-effective strategies
- Advise on contracts and client interactions from a cost perspective
- Strategize and manage claims based on contract specifications
- Maintain expertise in project and subcontract conditions for cost analysis
- Oversee subcontract contracts and negotiations efficiently
- Draft, review, and support project documentation with cost focus
What you will need:
- A relevant 3rd level qualification 8+ years Irish experience in a similar role
- A full, clean driver’s license
- EU Work Permit ESSENTIAL
- Must be living in Ireland
