About Your New Job
- Adhere to Food Safety HACCP plans, while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.
- Conduct checks on products, processes, packaging, labels, and metal detection; manage and report non-conformances.
- Complete and review quality documentation, and production check sheets, and ensure proper documentation control.
- Assist with customer/regulatory visits, audits, and the upkeep of internal/external standards.
- Report to the Quality Manager and help maintain site hygiene.
What Skills You Need
- Diploma/Degree in any related Discipline.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
- Strong IT Skills, and knowledge of Microsoft Excel Essential.
