About your new job
- Collaborating with operations to optimize scheduling for enhanced operational efficiency.
- Supervising and coordinating daily activities of production teams, ensuring productivity.
- Generating and updating manufacturing schedules and capacity data for efficiency.
- Monitoring equipment and facilities capacity to maximize productivity.
- Reviewing incoming sales orders to prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Coordinating with purchasing to oversee supply chain delivery.
- Optimizing stock management within the facility.
- Ensuring product quality and compliance with quality standards.
- Completing production documentation in accordance with quality standards.
- Participating in internal and external audits (UFAS).
- Providing production analysis for forecast comparison.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives in stock management, production, safety, and cost.
- Undertaking any other duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
What skill/experience you need
- 7 years’ experience in an Operations / Production
- Ability to consistently deliver results, demonstrate ownership and accountability.
- Experience working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
