A Global Medical Device company who are dedicated in transforming lives are looking for Process Technicians to help the company mission. The Technician will respond to process related issues. You will get the opportunity to be trained and work in a fast-paced cleanroom environment along side automated machines.
About your new job as a Process Technician
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers to develop, troubleshoot, and improve production methods.
- Assist with electronic troubleshooting, PLC programming, and maintaining spare parts inventory.
- Support in implementing new production methods and documenting procedures.
- Conduct equipment qualifications, design, and test production equipment.
- Interface with internal personnel and outside vendors as needed.
- Take ownership of preventive maintenance procedures.
- Report any environmental, health, or safety concerns to the Manager.
- Ability to identify and report on environmental and health and safety issues.
What skill/experience you need as a Process Technician
- HETAC level 6 qualification in a relevant area with a minimum of two years relevant experience.
- Experience in medical device manufacturing is preferred.
- You should have strong technical skills, communication abilities, teamwork skills, and be proactive.
- Experience working effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

- 3 Month initial contract rolling into 12 months

- Night Shift 22:30 to 06:30am Sunday to Thursday
