About Your New Job
As a Process Engineer you will…
- Apply lean & six sigma principles to manage projects within a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) program.
- Implement necessary product and process changes to meet Customer Specific Requirements and Quality Management System (QMS) standards.
- Conduct Root-Cause Analysis using process and test data to institute sustainable corrective actions.
- Understand risk management and drive continuous improvements in quality.
- Timely response to manufacturing issues to uphold and enhance production.
- Support and coordinate capital investment programs.
- Ensure site compliance with customer requirements, IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Provide technical support on processing and process capabilities to Customer Service, Sales, and Quality Assurance.
- Support the implementation and upgrade of ‘Manufacturing 4.0’ initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Company.
What Skills You Need
- Relevant 3rd Level Qualification (Level 8 - Science/Engineering disciplines) is essential.
- Familiarity with pFMEA, 8D, DMAIC & Kaizen processes is desirable.
- Knowledge and experience with IATF core tools is advantageous.
