Reporting to the Project Director, you will be a key member of the PMO team, who oversees and manages the team responsible for various technical aspects of an ERP project.
You will have strong project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics and technical leadership experience.

About Your New Job:
- Work within the Project PMO team to support the management of the ERP project delivery and implementation
- Oversee the technical delivery for the programme (infrastructure, data migration, BI and Interfaces)
- Define project roles and responsibilities
- Manage around 10 direct reports including conducting performance reviews
- Build out technical project plans, schedules, deliverables, milestones
- Manage project status
- Maintain project RAID Log for all workstreams under responsibility as part of overall project PMO management of risks and issues
- Manage and escalate Risks and Issues to senior project leadership
- Manage Sponsors and Stakeholders expectations
- Provide technical leadership and ensuring new systems/development and processes align to agreed roadmap and methodologies
- Have strong technical background with ability to understand, learn and communicate with technical experts
- Collaborate with technical team to oversee the design and implementation of data migration strategies, BI solutions, infrastructure enhancements, interface integrations, and market interaction technologies
- Attend and host daily stand ups, weekly PMO team meetings
What Skills You’ll Need:
- 5+ years’ experience in IT project management/PMO Relevant IT Project Management/Prince2 certifications
- Project management experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required Experience with projects related to data migration, BI development, infrastructure, interfaces ideally Experience managing a team of resources
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience delivering ERP projects or worked as a Technical Lead on ERP programmes throughout full lifecycle
