A general insurance brokerage based in Bandon, Cork are looking for you as their new full time personal lines advisor.
About Your New Role as Personal Lines Advisor
You will:
- Provide advice and guidance to our clients on their van, home, and motor insurance in line with Central Bank requirements.
- Maintain existing client records and process new business quotations and renewals.
- Process policy queries and changes in line with existing client’s needs.
- Support day to day administrative needs associated with client’s personal lines policies.
- Identify cross sell opportunities by asking clients what other insurance needs they have.
- Provide an excellent client experience and ensure positive engagement.
- Work collaboratively and flexibly to support goal achievement.
- Ensure compliance with CBI, CPC, GDPR & internal policies at all times.
What Skills You Need as Personal Lines Advisor
- Experience and knowledge in a personal insurance environment is required.
- APA/ CIP qualified is an advantage.
- You will be customer-focused, and committed to providing an excellent service to our clients
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
