About Your New Role 

  • Process insurance applications and policies.
  • Handle insurer queries via mail, email, and phone.
  • Issue letters, emails, and documents to clients.
  • Prepare files for audits and ensure compliance with Central Bank of Ireland standards.
  • Support the Sales Team by preparing client data reports and maintaining client records.

What Skills You Need 

  • 1 year experience in a similar role 
  • High Level of attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Be a good team player
  • Have good product and market knowledge
