About Your New Role
- Process insurance applications and policies.
- Handle insurer queries via mail, email, and phone.
- Issue letters, emails, and documents to clients.
- Prepare files for audits and ensure compliance with Central Bank of Ireland standards.
- Support the Sales Team by preparing client data reports and maintaining client records.
What Skills You Need
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- High Level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills
- Be a good team player
- Have good product and market knowledge
