About Your New Part-time Job

  • We are seeking a dedicated Submissions/Bid Coordinator to join this Dublin studio on a part-time basis (22.5 hours per week) or Fulltime basis.
  • You will support the Partners and Associates in delivering their submissions strategy and responding to bids.
  • Your key responsibilities include managing tender submissions, liaising with teams to pursue potential bids, compiling necessary documents, and ensuring all submissions meet brand guidelines.
  • This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with their London-based team and contribute to practice-wide submissions strategies.
  • The role is fully onsite and provides the potential to extend to a full-time position.


What Skills You Need for this Submissions Coordinator job

  • 3 years’ experience in a bid/submission coordinator role, preferably in an architectural practice.
  • Experience dealing with bids between €0.5-2.5 million.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to proofread and edit content for clarity and accuracy.
  • Experience managing projects, particularly in coordinating bid processes from start to finish.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Experience with image management databases (e.g., Open Asset) is highly desirable.
  • Ability to chase and follow up with senior staff to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also collaborating effectively with team members in Dublin and London.
