The Operations Admin Coordinator role is a great opportunity to gain professional experience and to learn the ins and outs of the promotional products industry. In this role, you will learn our proprietary processes and support our Operations and Customer Success team to ensure our customer's needs are being met.


About Your New Job

  • You will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day support of their operational activities.
  • You will Manage shipping by booking collection, raising labels, and tracking all outbound shipments
  • Support the Sales team with store queries, such as express delivery requests and returns
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team on quotes, timelines, and product information
  • Check store inventory, submit purchase orders, and liaise with vendors on occasion


What Skills You Need

  • 2-3 years’ experience in a similar administration role
  • Experience in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advantage if they come from a logistics space or even supply chain
