About Your New Role as a Onboarding Specialist with fluent French:
Deliver live and on-demand instructor led training via a variety of modalities and technologies
· Facilitate instructor-led classroom and virtual training to end-user customers and partners on a regular schedule across regions and globally
· Partner with Customer Education Team and fellow trainers to ensure consistent processes, programs and customer experience globally
· Update training materials as directed
· Review feedback and identify opportunity for improvement on an ongoing basis
· Recommend changes to training materials and facilitation design
· Maintain participant records (e.g., registration, test scores, evaluations and attendance)
· Prepare training reports (e.g., weekly progress reports and training summaries)
· Become an expert on modern selling methodology, the Sales Navigator platform, associated sales tools (e.g. Salesforce), and LSS customers
Skills Required for the Onboarding Specialist with fluent French Job:
2+ years of professional experience in a Customer Success, Training, or L&D environment, sales or customer support.
Fluent FRENCH AND ENGLISH
· Experience delivering ILT/vILT learning programs
· Experience in a customer- or client-facing role (such as Client Success, Customer Success, or Account Management)
