About Your New Job

As the Office Administrator, you will:

  • Act as the first point of contact for staff, visitors, and external callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • Oversee front desk duties, including phone management, visitor greetings, coordinating access, and meeting room preparation.
  • Manage all daily office operations such as calendar bookings, logistics coordination for events and workshops, and office supplies.
  • Support facilities management by liaising with cleaning services and building management to maintain a top-quality workspace.
  • Organise internal events, staff outings, and training sessions, supporting onboarding of new hires with setups and welcome materials.
  • Assist with finance and administration, ensuring accurate record keeping, purchase orders, invoice management, and travel bookings.
  • Provide daily administrative support to employees, managers, and site leaders.

What Skills You Need

  • Previous experience in office administration, reception is essential
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Confident communication and interpersonal abilities—comfortable interacting with all levels of the organisation.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience managing calendars, meeting bookings, and facilities coordination.
  • Motivated self-starter with a positive, independent work attitude.

What's on Offer

  • Salary: €40,000 per annum.
  • Benefits: 23 days annual leave.
  • Work-life balance: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, fully onsite.
