About Your New Job as Office Administrator
Responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of the office, including but not limited to:
- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Managing office supplies and inventory.
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Processing of orders and despatches.
- Providing general administrative support to staff.
What Skills Are Needed for Office Administrator
- Proven experience as on Office administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving.
- Experience with Sage.
