Our client, who are a market leader in the solid fuel industry, are looking to hire an Office Administrator based in their Head Office just outside Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

They manufacture and wholesale eco-friendly solid fuel, using recycled timber, as well as a range of other solid fuel products and are the only company in Ireland to have been awarded the EPA’s End of Waste for Timber.


  • Assisting in the sales orders department, including processing sales orders through our ERP system and arranging logistics of same.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assisting with the issuing of customer invoices
  • Maintain customer records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Scanning & Indexing documentation
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration tasks as and when required
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Production and Accounts, as well as external suppliers such as Hauliers.

Desired Experience

  • Have at least 2 years’ experience as an administrator or similar role
  • Have strong administration capabilities
  • Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Have a high level of written and verbal communication skills and organisational skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
  • Excellent MS office skills
  • Efficient organiser – proven ability in multi-tasking; excellent attention to detail
