Your role will involve a high level of responsibility, where you will be pivotal in maintaining the quality and integrity of our lab operations.
About your new job as a Micro Lab Coordinator
- Ensure adherence to Laboratory Documentation and Computerized Systems Data Integrity standards.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations and business processes critical to Laboratory Data Integrity.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on environmental conditions and utility usage.
- Develop and revise procedures for the Micro Lab.
- Coordinate and supervise vendor activities for maintenance and calibration tasks.
- Organize and manage the weekly schedule for the Micro Lab.
- Assist in creating protocols for microbiological testing methods.
- Approve laboratory results, both in paper and electronic formats.
- Maintain control over all laboratory documentation.
- Manage lab inventory orders and conduct weekly stock monitoring.
- Participate in monthly clean utilities and Environmental Monitoring (EM) committee meetings.
- Adhere to and support all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, procedures, and policies.
What skills/experience you need as a Micro Lab Coordinator
- Bachelor degree in Microbiology or a related scientific discipline.
- Strong knowledge of aseptic processes and experience in a GLP/GMP environment, with familiarity with current EU/FDA/ICH/HPRA guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate activities, and maintain accurate documentation.
