About your new job as a Micro Lab Coordinator

  • Ensure adherence to Laboratory Documentation and Computerized Systems Data Integrity standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of regulations and business processes critical to Laboratory Data Integrity.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on environmental conditions and utility usage.
  • Develop and revise procedures for the Micro Lab.
  • Coordinate and supervise vendor activities for maintenance and calibration tasks.
  • Organize and manage the weekly schedule for the Micro Lab.
  • Assist in creating protocols for microbiological testing methods.
  • Approve laboratory results, both in paper and electronic formats.
  • Maintain control over all laboratory documentation.
  • Manage lab inventory orders and conduct weekly stock monitoring.
  • Participate in monthly clean utilities and Environmental Monitoring (EM) committee meetings.
  • Adhere to and support all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards, procedures, and policies.

What skills/experience you need as a Micro Lab Coordinator

  • Bachelor degree in Microbiology or a related scientific discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of aseptic processes and experience in a GLP/GMP environment, with familiarity with current EU/FDA/ICH/HPRA guidelines.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, coordinate activities, and maintain accurate documentation.
