An established specialist in general mechanical & electrical services are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Dublin.
About Your New Job
- Working with clients and the design teams by meeting & engaging on projects.
- Oversee multiple projects to ensure high-quality installations.
- Ensure compliance with program schedules, materials, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Control programming, planning, and reporting for all project management tasks.
- Attend project site visits to monitor, review, and approve mechanical installations.
- Make sure that commissioning and testing are carried out in accordance with the quality plan.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Building Services Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or Equivalent.
- Over 5 years’ experience in a similar role, working in large-scale projects.
- Pharmaceutical or Industrial experience would be an advantage.
- Great knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC and building services design.
- A full clean Irish Driver’s Licence – Class B.
- Excellent Project Management & Communication Skills.
- Great ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
