An established specialist in general mechanical & electrical services are currently looking for a Mechanical Construction Manager to join their team in Kildare.
About Your New Job
- Plan, develop, and organise the mechanical construction process.
- Responsible for executing the scope of work related to construction/fabrication and pre-commissioning.
- Monitor and report project details.
- Making sure all changes to specifications, work scope, and drawings are properly documented.
- Adhere to Safety, EHS, and Quality Standards in compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
- Handle site design and mechanical construction processes.
- Set up and assign all resources, including labour, materials, and subcontractors.
- Lead and motivate the team to meet all project requirements and deadlines.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's Degree or Background in a Relevant Trade.
- Over 5 years’ experience in an industry.
- Pharmaceutical experience would be an advantage but not essential.
- Great knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, including HVAC and building services design.
- A full clean Irish Driver’s Licence – Class B.
- Excellent Project Management & Communication Skills.
- Great ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team.
