A dynamic not for profit company is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join their finance team in Dublin. If you are a motivated and skilled accounting professional with 5 years PQE and eager to contribute to a vital and impactful mission, this is the role for you!
About Your New job
As a management account you will be responsible for the below activities:
- Supervisory responsibilities for a number of finance functions to ensure the smooth operation of the department
- Conduct variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement
- Report monthly to budget managers and explain variances between actual and budgeted expenditure
- Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and review control account reconciliations
- Generate regular financial reports for management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
- Ensure stock is correctly valued at month and year end in accordance with best practice and accounting standards.
What You Need:
- Professional accountancy qualification with a minimum of five years post qualification experience
- Must demonstrate excellent analytical skills and a high degree of computer literacy
- Possess the in-depth skills and expertise to manage the day to day operations

- 35 Hour working week.
