About your new job as a Maintenance Safety Supervisor
- Ensure Safety Compliance: Maintain the highest level of compliance with all regulatory
safety requirements within the team.
- Operational Support: Provide in-the-field support, finding workable solutions, and mentoring
the team on safe systems of work.
- Coordinate Safety Activities: Lead safety-related activities and continuous improvement in
EOHSS compliance within the operating unit
What skills you will need to succeed as a Maintenance Safety Supervisor
- Qualification: Recognized qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or working
towards CMIOSH, with 6-7 years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Experience: Previous EHS professional experience with process equipment in biologics,
pharma, chemical, or food manufacturing facilities.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and standards (ISO9001, 14001,
45001).
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a strong problem-solving ability.
Technical Proficiency: Working knowledge of Maximo or equivalent CMMS system and
exposure to LOTO practices.
