Job description
Project Engineer wanted for a leading mechenical company based in Intel. The project Engineer is to be part of the team to ensure that all disciplines work in an integrated manner. They will be involved from the start of the contract to its close out, involved in Design, Construction/Installation, T&C and handback. They will ensure coordination across various disciplines so that the works are coordinated and integrated at every stage of the project
Requirements
- Planning, scheduling and agreeing project milestones within LCC functions and customers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Managing multiple quick cycle projects concurrently.
- Maintaining project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities, and resolving problems.
- Preparing of labour and equipment for site works.
- Following project progress with particular emphasis on costings and control ofprogress to meet scheduled dates.
- From contract award to customer handover expediting contract works.
- Liaising with clients and employees on site to review progress continuously, ensuringmilestones are achieved.
- Providing technical advice and liaising with production and design departments asnecessary regarding issues on site.
- Providing support and guidance to site personnel prior to and during installation works
Qualifications Requirements and Experience
- Trade in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar demanding role is an advantage.
