IT Sales Rep – Benelux

A global IT software company is looking for an IT Sales Rep to cover the Benelux region.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Cork office – on-site Tuesday-Thursday.
About Your New Job as IT Sales Rep
- Work closely with the BENELUX Regional Sales Manager (Located in Belgium), Channel partners and cross functional teams to drive revenue across an existing customer base, as well as new business.
- Primary focus will be on the SMB and Mid-Market sector.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly assigned revenue targets.
- Using a consultative approach, make warm calls to qualify inbound leads.
- Run outbound call campaigns to unearth opportunities through upsell and cross-sell initiatives.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying and converting a trial download lead or channel-initiated opportunity through to closing the deal.
- Provide solution/product demos and partner with sales engineers to conduct deep dive technical overviews and troubleshooting sessions during evaluation stage.
- Maintain accurate opportunity records and pipeline within Salesforce.
- Provide a forecast on a weekly and monthly basis.
What Skills Are Needed?
- 2-3 Years high velocity sales experience in the BENELUX region (Preferably software sales)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding an individual revenue target
- Channel: Experience working with and selling via local Distributors & Resellers
- Languages: Dutch or French are an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Exchange, Power Point, Excel etc.)
