About Your New Job
- As a HR Officer you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, oversee company induction program, and ensure its effectiveness.
- Your new job will involve the tracking and reporting of HR metrics, handling absenteeism, probation, and underperformance issues.
- Maintain and update HR systems, manage all HR administrative tasks, and ensure data accuracy for business planning.
- Manage grievances, disciplinary investigations, and actively support the payroll process.
- Manage on-the-job training, pursue multiskilling, and support company events, social, charity, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
What Skills You Need
- At least 2 years experience in HR in a manufacturing environment or a HR graduate with 2 years post qualification experience.
- Third Level qualification is essential and CIPD membership is advantageous
- Strong administration skills
- Strong computer skills
- Have a results driven, customer focused mindset
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
