About Your New Job 

  • As a HR Officer you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, oversee company induction program, and ensure its effectiveness.
  • Your new job will involve the tracking and reporting of HR metrics, handling absenteeism, probation, and underperformance issues.
  • Maintain and update HR systems, manage all HR administrative tasks, and ensure data accuracy for business planning.
  • Manage grievances, disciplinary investigations, and actively support the payroll process.
  • Manage on-the-job training, pursue multiskilling, and support company events, social, charity, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.

What Skills You Need

  • At least 2 years experience in HR in a manufacturing environment or a HR graduate with 2 years post qualification experience. 
  • Third Level qualification is essential and CIPD membership is advantageous 
  • Strong administration skills 
  • Strong computer skills 
  • Have a results driven, customer focused mindset 
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail 
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
