About Your New Job
- As Health and Safety Manager, your job will be to oversee all relevant policies, procedures and actions related to H&S in the company’s factory.
- Working with relevant internal stakeholders to update and execute compliance requirements.
- Providing regular reports on safety activities on site, and identifying any risks to reduce/eliminate safety risks and noncompliance issues.
- Working with training department to develop and implement training plans for staff.
- Ensuring investigation of accidents/near-miss events are done in a timely and thorough manner.
- Conducting regular audits on site involving relevant personnel.
What Skills You Need
- For this Health and Safety Manager job you will have 7+ years’ experience in a similar role in an FMCG environment, with at least 3 in a leadership position.
- You will also have a relevant degree in health and safety, food science, engineering or similar.
