My client within the FMCG space and a growing Irish company now have a requirement for an ambitious qualified accountant with strong financial and management accounting experience from a similar Industry. You will also be coming from an SME or a Medium sized company within Industry not practice experience
About Your New Job
- Involved in the financial accounting and all month end duties for 2 companys within the group
- Assist in managing the company's finance functions on a day-to-day basis.
- Assisting with the management of individual school’s lunch fund calculator.
- Completion of month end management accounts.
- Managing expenses & payments.
- Raising & paying invoices.
- Completion of bank reconciliations.
- Weekly Payroll processing.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Generating reports and working with Managing Director in connection with same.
- Working with the senior team to innovate and implement process & system change as required.
- Other ad-hoc duties as deemed appropriate.
This is a varied and interesting role, working across different management personnel and departments within the company.
What Skills You Need
- 4 years post qualified experience
- Coming from an SME or Medium sized Business
- Strong financial accounting and month end exposure
- Must have Industry experience - either manufacturing or FMCG or similar
