About Your New Job
- Play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and providing strategic guidance to support our growth objectives.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Lead the budgeting process, including the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage and develop the existing finance team.
What You Need
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- 5+ years in a leadership role.
- Unrestricted work rights in Ireland (sponsorship not on offer).
