About Your New Job as Facilities Co-ordinator
This is a fixed 12-month contract, where you will:
- Admin support
- Order office supplies
- Address facilities-related queries and manage the helpdesk
- Assist in business projects and manage supplier relationships
- Oversee physical security, including access control and CCTV
- Maintain health and safety compliance, conducting regular checks and training
- Handle office maintenance, ensuring high standards in cleanliness and functionality
- Budget control
- Lead the Facilities Admin team and cover for the Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator as needed
- Manage the Facilities intranet page and the BMS system
What Skills You Need
- 2-3 years’ experience in Facilities Management and at least 2 years in Health and Safety
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels
- The ability to work independently and handle confidential information with high professionalism
