About Your New Job as Facilities Co-ordinator

This is a fixed 12-month contract, where you will:

  • Admin support
  • Order office supplies
  • Address facilities-related queries and manage the helpdesk
  • Assist in business projects and manage supplier relationships
  • Oversee physical security, including access control and CCTV
  • Maintain health and safety compliance, conducting regular checks and training
  • Handle office maintenance, ensuring high standards in cleanliness and functionality
  • Budget control
  • Lead the Facilities Admin team and cover for the Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator as needed
  • Manage the Facilities intranet page and the BMS system


What Skills You Need

  • 2-3 years’ experience in Facilities Management and at least 2 years in Health and Safety
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and comfortable dealing with stakeholders at all levels
  • The ability to work independently and handle confidential information with high professionalism
