About Your New Employer as an Executive Assistant
Our client, a renowned international company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support their Branch President. This office-based role is situated in Ballymount, Dublin, and will be relocating to Grange Castle, Dublin. The position is initially a 6-month contract with the potential to become permanent.
About Your New Job as an Executive Assistant
- Managing the President’s calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Handling incoming communications, preparing and editing documents, and organizing travel and events for visitors.
- Organising and facilitating meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items. Coordinating logistics for meetings, conferences, and events.
- Project Management: Assisting with special projects and initiatives, conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports.
- Acting as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality, and handling sensitive information with discretion.
What Skills You Need for this 6- month contract role
- 4+ years experience strong Executive Assistant experience, preferably at a senior level supporting CEOs or Directors.
- Experience in project management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Initiative: Proactive with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
