- Medical Device Distributor with multiple locations Nationwide and Internationally
- This role is covering a Maternity Leave until the end of December. There is a possibility of extension.
About Your New Role
- Process sales orders, deliver parts using SAP, purchase parts for internal engineers, and set up new part codes while maintaining stock levels.
- Work with engineers to ensure efficient service/repair work completion, handle parts queries, source suppliers, manage warranty/parts returns, and liaise with internal departments to resolve daily issues.
- Input data into dedicated software, write reports, and handle invoicing.
- Issue quotations, deal with customer queries efficiently, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal SLAs.
- Complete stock cycle counts with the Parts Warehouse Team and comply with IT Security, Health and Safety policies.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable
- Customer focused with excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks
- IT Savvy
- Professional Telephone manner is essential
