About Your New Employer

  • Medical Device Distributor with multiple locations Nationwide and Internationally 
  • This role is covering a Maternity Leave until the end of December. There is a possibility of extension. 

About Your New Role 

  • Process sales orders, deliver parts using SAP, purchase parts for internal engineers, and set up new part codes while maintaining stock levels.
  • Work with engineers to ensure efficient service/repair work completion, handle parts queries, source suppliers, manage warranty/parts returns, and liaise with internal departments to resolve daily issues.
  • Input data into dedicated software, write reports, and handle invoicing.
  • Issue quotations, deal with customer queries efficiently, and ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal SLAs.
  • Complete stock cycle counts with the Parts Warehouse Team and comply with IT Security, Health and Safety policies.

What Skills You Need 

  • Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable 
  • Customer focused with excellent communication skills 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks 
  • IT Savvy 
  • Professional Telephone manner is essential
