- Ensure routine maintenance of building systems, adhering to service agreements and standards, with appropriate spare parts and compliance with safety protocols.
- Control Permit to Work systems, supervise subcontractors, ensure compliance with contracts and site processes, and maintain health and safety standards.
- Develop strong relationships with staff and clients, promote a professional image and excellence in customer service, and ensure logbooks and reporting are updated.
- Maintain professional skills through personal development.
Who you are:
- A good basic education with strong English and basic math skills is essential.
- Experience in LV or MV Switching
- 2-5 years of experience in property maintenance/facilities.
- Strong understanding and experience in meeting health and safety obligations related to maintenance activities.
