My client, a leading US Software company require a Deal Desk Analyst to join their team on an initial 6-month contract with a strong possibility of perm.
About the Role
- As a Deal Desk Analyst, you will be an integral part of our sales operations team, responsible for managing and optimizing the deal process from initial proposal to final contract
- Review and analyse deal structures to ensure compliance with company policies and financial objectives.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop and optimize pricing strategies and deal terms.
- Prepare and present deal summaries and approval packages for senior management.
- Serve as a liaison between sales, finance, legal, and other departments to resolve deal-related issues.
- Monitor deal progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and implementation of deal desk processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Conduct analysis and reporting on deal performance and trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide training and support to sales teams on deal desk processes and best practices.
What you Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, financial analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
