They have gone on to a point of reference on the Irish market for all independent stores, restaurants and retailers looking for quality Italian food products.

About Your New Job based in Wicklow

  • Supervising the team in the delivery of their daily KPIs
  • Supervising order management process
  • Work collaborative with other departments such as sales, warehouse and drivers
  • Drive projects that are required to deliver their growth plans
  • Coaching direct reports 
  • Help improve customer service quality

What Skills You Need as a Customer Service Manager

  • 3-4 years experienced senior customer service professional
  • Food industry knowledge a plus but not necessary
  • Strong communicator
  • Self- starter with strong organisation skills
  • Build and maintain relationships
  • People Management
