Our client, who are Irelands leading importer of premium Italian food and wine are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join their team.

Based in Wicklow, and founded in 2002 as a small family business  they have gone on to a point of reference on the Irish market for all independent stores, restaurants and retailers looking for quality Italian food products.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising the team in the delivery of their daily KPIs
  • Supervising order management process
  • Work collaborative with other departments such as sales, warehouse and drivers
  • Drive projects that are required to deliver their growth plans
  • Coaching direct reports 
  • Help improve customer service quality

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experienced customer service professional
  • Food industry knowledge a plus but not necessary
  • Strong communicator
  • Self- starter with strong organisation skills
  • Build and maintain relationships 
  • Mentor/support direct reports
