About Your New Employer

A successful dairy ingredients and food company based in East Limerick are looking for a Customer Care Rep to provide support to the business across a range of administration tasks supporting supply chain and the delivery of services and products to the customer.

 

About Your New Job as Customer Care Rep

  • Provide Front Office duties for the business, answering the phone and general administration duties.
  • Assist with bookkeeping, purchasing, invoices and payroll services as per the business need.
  • Updating any required systems to ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Ensure the efficient running of the office and other ad hoc administration duties.
  • Respond directly to customer queries in relation to products or issues e.g. invoices/orders.
  • From detailed records, provide a summary of customer feedback and supply chain issues to the Customer Care Manager to enable process improvement.
  • Provide sales lead feedback to the Sales Team where opportunities are identified with existing customers.
  • Review and control inventory levels and manage replenishment activities.
  • Liaise with the external partners including logistics providers identifying the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
  • Provide support for implementation of any new programs as agreed.

 

What Skills Are Required

  • 2 years’ experience in similar role
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Experience with ERP systems
