A successful dairy ingredients and food company based in East Limerick are looking for a Customer Care Rep to provide support to the business across a range of administration tasks supporting supply chain and the delivery of services and products to the customer.
About Your New Job as Customer Care Rep
- Provide Front Office duties for the business, answering the phone and general administration duties.
- Assist with bookkeeping, purchasing, invoices and payroll services as per the business need.
- Updating any required systems to ensure accurate record keeping.
- Ensure the efficient running of the office and other ad hoc administration duties.
- Respond directly to customer queries in relation to products or issues e.g. invoices/orders.
- From detailed records, provide a summary of customer feedback and supply chain issues to the Customer Care Manager to enable process improvement.
- Provide sales lead feedback to the Sales Team where opportunities are identified with existing customers.
- Review and control inventory levels and manage replenishment activities.
- Liaise with the external partners including logistics providers identifying the most cost-effective shipping modes and schedules.
- Provide support for implementation of any new programs as agreed.
What Skills Are Required
- 2 years’ experience in similar role
- Must be able to work as part of a team
- Experience with ERP systems
