About Your New Role
- You will be joining the IT Infrastructure and Operations Team, which is responsible for the company's hybrid cloud infrastructure.
- You will be designing, implementing, and developing Microsoft Azure environments.
- You will be managing Azure Landing Zone design, Azure Policy, Azure Arc, and Azure Templating.
- You will be supporting the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange online, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
- You will be integrating cloud solutions with existing enterprise tools and systems.
- You will be handling license and lifecycle management of the hybrid cloud environment, and contributing to audits and assessments.
- You will be monitoring and maintaining cloud governance and security in collaboration with IT Security.
- You will be providing level 3 support for the IT Service Desk and participating in Disaster Recovery planning.
- You will be tracking cloud usage, capacity consumption, and costs.
- You will be staying updated on emerging cloud technologies and producing technical documentation.
- You will be providing training within the IT Infrastructure and Operations Team and participating in scheduled out-of-hours activities.
What Skills You Need
- 3+ years' experience working in a similar position
- Third level qualifications or relevant technical certifications
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Azure AD, and Microsoft 365
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Cloud Technologies such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, InTune and Defender
- Strong Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Apps, Automate & PowerBI) and CRM Dynamics 365.
- Excellent knowledge of Server Infrastructure support/maintenance and VMware Virtualisation technologies.
