About Your New Job as a Clinic Administrator
- Your new job will require you to answer the phone and look after diary management
- As a clinic administrator, you may be required to take part in occasional report typing and formatting
- You will be required to complete other administrative tasks as required such as receipt writing for insurance purposes or letter writing to patients.
What Skills You Need
- Previous experience in a similar job would be preferable but training will be provided
- Attention to detail when it comes to filling out paperwork and invoicing patients is essential
- A pleasant and helpful phone manner
- Experience in a previous customer service role would be beneficial.
