About Your New Job as a Clinic Administrator 

  • Your new job will require you to answer the phone and look after diary management 
  • As a clinic administrator, you may be required to take part in occasional report typing and formatting 
  • You will be required to complete other administrative tasks as required such as receipt writing for insurance purposes or letter writing to patients. 

What Skills You Need  

  • Previous experience in a similar job would be preferable but training will be provided 
  • Attention to detail when it comes to filling out paperwork and invoicing patients is essential 
  • A pleasant and helpful phone manner 
  • Experience in a previous customer service role would be beneficial.
