About Your New Job
This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptionally talented CFO to play a leadership role as part of an innovative and entrepreneurial senior management team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all Financial Matters of the Business.
- Providing to the CEO and Senior Management Team strategic financial management advice.
- Direct the financial operations of the business, from high-level to project planning levels within the business.
- Maintain and develop the finance function within the business.
- Contribute to the overall Strategy of the Company as a key member of the Management Team.
- Be involved in funding, due diligence, possible M&A activity.
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Accountant with relevant PQE.
- 10+ years experience.
- Experience working for a ‘growth’ or ‘start up’ in Ireland.
- Ambition to lead the finance function.
- Strong commercial acumen and knowledge of current and global affairs.
- A record of persistence, resourcefulness and success.
- Strong Commercial and Project Management skills/experience.
- Experience in managing the process of managing investors.
