A leading hygiene service provider is looking for a Business Development Executive to cover Cork/ Munster.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced hunter salesperson with excellent new business sales track record.
About Your New Job as Business Development Executive
- Work with the National Sales Manager and sales team to deliver the new business sales strategy to deliver against plan.
- Develop a strategic plan to win new business in their region from targeted new and competitive customers.
- Accurately forecast and deliver against revenue targets.
- Represent company with brand new customers at the appropriate level.
- Focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of sales.
- Use the CRM system to effectively record, manage and develop opportunities.
- Champion the Sales strategy ensuring the customer is at the heart of what we do.
- Use targeted Marketing campaigns to unlock the growth potential in the market.
What Skills Are Needed
- Experienced hunter salesperson
- Proven experience of using a CRM system, preferably SFDC
- Thrives in a fast-paced commercial sales environment.
- Tenacious in approach to winning new business.
- Create and nurture long-lasting relationships.
- Full clean driving license.
