About Your New Assistant Manager Job
You will be responsible for all operations within the store;
- People Management, Mentoring and Training
- Staff Rotas
- Controlling all store costs
- Cash handling procedures
- Stock management
- Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability
- Logistics
- Inventory control
What Skills You Need for this Assistant Manager Job
- Written and spoken fluent English
- This store is open between 12pm – 1am Monday to Thursday and from 12pm – 3am Friday – Sunday so flexibility a must.
- A relevant Food Qualification or Degree
- Previous experience working as a manager in hospitality, food or retail
- Experience of opening and closing store and staff mentoring.
