Our client, Ireland's leading supplier of heating, cooling, and ventilation solutions, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Administrative Assistant to join their team at their head office in Navan, Co Meath.

They are renowned for providing innovative, sustainable, and high-quality solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and environmental responsibility, they pride themselves on their extensive product range and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day office operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the preparation and issuing of customer invoices.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and databases.
  • Scan and index documentation.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various departments and external suppliers.

Desired Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or similar role.
  • Strong administrative capabilities.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Proven ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail.
