They are passionate about making a difference and are looking for a dynamic and experienced Transformation Accounts Payable Analyst to join their finance team in Dublin. About Your New job
- Manage the full-cycle accounts payable process, including invoice verification, coding, approval, and payment processing.
- Supporting the implementation of a new purchase to pay system
- Perform reconciliations and accruals to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounts payable function
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to resolve payment issues and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare and analyse accounts payable reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
What You Need:
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience as an accounts payable specialist or accounts assistant in an SME, with strong skills in reconciliations and accruals.
- SUN system experience would be and advantage but not a necessity
- Previous project/ transformation experience would be an advantage
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel

- 39 Hour working week.
