About Your New Job:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and management during shifts.
• Monitor facility operations and respond to alarms promptly.
• Assist with equipment shutdowns/startups to support maintenance activities.
• Respond to abnormal conditions in critical facility systems.
• Act as the first response to fire alerts, equipment alarms, and facility events.
• Utilize CMMS to report and record all facility-related tasks.
• Ensure completion of scheduled maintenance activities.

Experience Needed:

• Verifiable trade qualification in relevant engineering discipline
• Understanding of LV power distribution and loading
• Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Flexibility to cover shifts during emergencies and provide short-notice cover for holidays and sickness.
