Since we’ve opened our doors on March 2nd 2002, we have scaled to become Ireland’s largest organically grown recruitment consultancy and one of the most respected in Europe. Today we place thousands of jobseekers with hundreds of businesses across a diverse range of markets and continue to deliver innovative recruitment solutions. We have a team of 120 exceptionally talented people who have immense pride in all we do across our centres of excellence in Dublin, Cork, Galway and Athlone.
Shared Commitment to Success
A Sigmar MBO was successfully completed from Newcourt Plc in August 2009. All staff were invited to invest with over 50% of staff at the time investing in the new enterprise. Members of staff went above and beyond, they took out mortgages, sold cars and took out loans to secure the business and to back themselves. This one event created a unique culture of people acting like founders, decentralising our leadership and creating a shared commitment to success.
In January 2018 Sigmar became part of the French recruitment firm Groupé Adéquat which is the 7th largest Recruitment company in France with turnover of nearly €1billion and is one of the Top 50 recruitment companies in the world.
