Programme Administrator, Dublin City

Are you detail focused and people-oriented and looking for a new support based role with a dynamic, fast-moving training and governing body?

Based in Dublin City, this organisation provides resources, information, CPD and a number of training programmes within it's industry. With a focus on the help it's members to stay current and up to date with knowledge and updated practices, this organisation works to develop, and enhance it's member's skills through a variety of trainings and offerings, through both live and recorded webinars. 

This organisation offers it's members access to support, guidance, certification, and access to workshops and trainings, and they are looking to find a skilled and passionate Programme Administrator to join their team, to streamline and continue to improve their offerings and focus on member support.

As their new Programme Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of professional memberships, enhancing operational systems, and supporting and coordinating across their network of members, students and tutors.  

As the new Programme Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Organising and coordinating a range of activities to include trainings, webinars and workshops 
  • Assisting learners, tutors and members with queries 
  • Generating and analysing reports - suggesting areas for improvement 
  • Updating and maintaining training and academy databases and CRM systems 
  • Gathering feedback and refining processes and offerings 
  • Administrative and project support to wider team 
  • Supporting the day to day operations and efficiency of this busy unit 

The requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 - 5 years' in a similar role 
  • Experience in a training / education / membership body 
  • Qualification in a relevant industry is preferred 
  • A positive and solution focussed approached 
  • Able to deal with multiple and competing priorities with ease
