About Your New Job

This role would be suitable for a Senior QA who has a min of 2+ years mentorship experience looking to step into a Lead position, or an experienced Lead QA looking to add value to a new organization.

Developing Robust Quality Assurance Strategies: Craft and execute comprehensive quality assurance strategies to uphold the delivery of top-tier products.

Team Leadership: Lead, guide, and mentor a dynamic team of QA Analysts. Responsibilities include recruitment, training, and performance management. Ensuring the team is aligned with goals through regular one-on-one sessions and bi-annual assessments.

Quality Metrics Management: Define and monitor key quality metrics to gauge the efficiency of the QA process. Generate insightful monthly reports and convey findings to relevant stakeholders.

Test Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to formulate test cases and test cycles. Oversee the execution of tests to pinpoint issues and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.

What Skills You Need

● At least 2 years experience in a similar supervisory or leadership role
● Experience in writing & executing test scripts
● Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
