An Irish company are looking to hire a Factory Manager for their Cork site.

About your new job

• Managing evolving customer needs in a proactive and professional manner.
• Supervising the bagging process to enhance efficiency in terms of productivity, downtime, and staff utilization, especially during peak bagging and dispatch periods.
• Coordinating dispatch operations in alignment with customer demands.
• Collaborating with pertinent suppliers and service providers to maintain the smooth mechanical functioning of bagging equipment and associated mobile machinery such as loaders and forklifts.
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols on-site at all times.
• Efficiently overseeing employee schedules and HR-related tasks, including contracted personnel and site visitors.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legal and corporate standards and overseeing the Integrated Management System.
• Coordinating with relevant parties to ensure safe and efficient unloading of incoming products for storage.
• Engaging with management as necessary

• Mechanical skills
