BIM Technician required for a residential contractor in South Dublin. The successful candidate would be reporting into the BIM Lead with a company that offers fantastic career progression opportunities and the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including:

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating BIM project setup and providing support and administration for a multidisciplinary project that spans various application platforms, such as AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and others.
  • Ensuring seamless BIM integration and interoperability among internal design team members and external vendors.
  • Managing and maintaining BIM360/ACC models and generating reports in alignment with project specifications.
  • Ensuring the compliance of all documentation and models with both internal and client procedures.
  • Spearheading coordination meetings involving project stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A relevant Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering degree would be advantageous.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar Mechanical BIM role with an Irish contractor.
  • The BIM Technician must be proficient in Revit MEP, Navisworks and MS Office.
  • Sound understanding of HVAC, Piping would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork and problem solving skills.
  • The right to work in Ireland without a work permit.
