About The Job:

• As a highly skilled and creative UI Designer, you will bring strong visual design skills along with top problem-solving skills to collaborate across the Product and Technology teams, specialising in creating seamless and intuitive user interfaces and experiences.

• You will lead shaping the user experience and the visual identity of our digital products, ensuring they align with our brand and meet the highest standards of usability and aesthetics.

Job Requirements:

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to understand project goals and requirements.

• Create interactive high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholders.

• Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Lead the development and maintenance of a comprehensive design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in UI design across projects.

• Develop and execute UI design strategies, integrating seamlessly into the overall user experience.

• Set the visual design direction ensuring consistency across all platforms and products.

• Evolve and iterate the design system based on feedback and emerging design trends

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions.

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UI design.

• Experience in SaaS product interface design

• Possess a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centered design.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Sketch.

• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
