Senior Transformation Programme Manager - Insurance/Financial

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience delivering large scale Global programmes related to Customer Operations and IT/Digital development (€10 million+ budget)

You will join the Transformation team, reporting into the Head of Transformation and working closely with senior stakeholders.

About Your New Job:

• Deliver a key global strategic transformation programme from initiation to closure 
• Manage all aspects of the programme
• Managing senior stakeholders and board level communication 
• Develop a detailed programme plan 
• Input vision and strategy
• Manage vendors and strategy partner 
• Set-up the appropriate programme governance 
• Track milestones 

What Skills You'll Need: 

• Strong proven experience in large transformation programmes, delivering business benefit
• Proven experience of delivering programmes related to Customers Operations and IT/digital development in the insurance or financial services industry
• Experience with board level communication
• Experience shaping vision and strategy
• Ability to take a hands on approach
• Experience managing vendors and strategy partner level
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry ideally
• A Project Management Professional (PMP)/Prince II/Agile certification is a plus
• Excellent experience with senior stakeholder management
• Excellent communication skills
