Your will be joining a successful international company who have grown by both organic growth and by way of acquisitions over the past 5 years. The Dublin office is their HQ and you will be a key member of the finance team.

About Your New Job  
The Role The Bene Finance Business Partner (FBP) is responsible for the preparation, analysis, and reporting of the financial and operational performance for an allocated region.

Key duties will include:

• End-to-end responsibility for the financial accounting (management accounts, reconciliations etc.). • Budgeting & forecasting across the region providing insight into the performance and direction of the business.
• Corporation Tax and Value Added Tax matters for the region, engaging with local tax advisors where required.
• Lead the local audit for the allocated region while providing support to the Group audit process.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships.
• Provide leadership and support career development for functional reports.
• Identify key initiatives to improve business performance and support the drive for digital process optimisation in your area of responsibility.
• Monitoring and reporting on key initiatives/projects in the region.
• Support strategic finance systems enhancements and digital optimisation initiatives in Finance.

What Skills You Need  

• Qualified Accountant with relevant PQE.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
• People management experience (In this role you will have 2 direct reports).
